WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Our website currently accepts all major credit cards, as well as Paypal. Please email Adam@soapplusskin.com to arrange a payment via Venmo.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We want you to be pleased with the products you receive, and we also want you to shop in confidence knowing your product is fresh, handmade and has never been used by another customer. To that end, due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on any opened products; however we can offer refunds if there is an issue with the product you received. Please provide an explanation as well as pictures and send to Adam@SoapPlusSkin.com

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

We currently do not offer gift cards. However, we hope to be able to offer them soon!

WHAT IF AN ITEM IS DAMAGED?

If your product arrives damaged, please notify us by email at Adam@SoapPlusSkin.com within 72 hours (3 days) of receipt of the damaged product.Once notified, we will either replace the damaged product or refund the amount of the purchase. Such refund will be provided as a credit to the credit card or Paypal account used at the time of purchase.
